The service was warm and professional throughout. Our room (an Ocean View junior suite) was extremely well equipped, with extremely good quality linens and a wonderful view of the Pacific. The breakfast service was exemplary (and staff again noticeably well trained and welcoming). Bar and bellman service also excellent. A strong recommend."

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Pedro, Alexis and Ray. Room was clean and bathrooms regularly cleaned. Decent breakfast."

I understand this is Latin America, but other hotels in Peru offer better service for much less. Some of the reception staff weren't very friendly. The system requiring advance reservations for the gym/pool is confusing; I've never encountered this before."

"This is my second stay here, and I highly recommend their service. The area is safe, close to the coast and commercial districts, and it's easy to find restaurants. There's a fantastic Peruvian restaurant just a five-minute walk away. The hotel's breakfast is excellent; you can order specific items. I've had the fried eggs and burritos, and they were delicious. Compared to breakfasts I've had in other South American countries, the breakfast here is very friendly to Chinese palates."

"All in all, a good experience, a good option for Lima. Very kind and helpful personnel and well located. Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. Also, soundproofing is extremely poor: between the room door and the wall there is a few centimetres gap, so you can hear everything like it is indoors and the windows are not the best quality, as one can hear all traffic and honks until late. Breakfast is rather poor, same very few options every day."

And the biggest drawback of this hotel is that they provide accommodation on a 140 cm bed for two adults!!! They call it a double bed!!! Our 10-year-old sleeps alone on one at home. Be careful and vigilant! We did not stay at this hotel, we went to another hotel, and the hotel refused to refund our money, which again speaks volumes about its customer-focused nature. I will write a review of this hotel everywhere."
